We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Café Chef Manager to lead the daily operations of Scholars Brew, our busy and vibrant café. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a passion for fresh food, exceptional customer service, and team leadership within a dynamic academic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the café's operation, including menu planning, food preparation, stock control, financial performance, and the management and development of the café team. You will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, delivering consistently high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer care.
We are looking for an individual who combines strong culinary skills with effective leadership and organisational abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and committed to driving innovation and continuous improvement while building a positive and supportive team culture.
