Heatons Group is looking to recruit a Customer Experience Team Member to join our growing Workwear Division based at our Head Office in Bromborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience.
About the Role
Working alongside our established Customer Experience Team, Sales Team, Design Team and Production Team, you will provide essential administrative and customer support to ensure customer enquiries and orders are processed efficiently from initial enquiry through to delivery.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer quotations, orders and enquiries received by telephone and email.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with the Sales Team and Production Team to assist with customer enquiries and orders.
- Source products and obtain quotations from suppliers.
- Work with the Design and Production Teams to obtain and approve pre-production proofs.
- Raise and progress purchase orders with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Keep the daily Action Pack up to date, ensuring enquiries and orders are actively managed through to completion.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the department.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Accurate with good attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Previous customer service or office administration experience is desirable but not essential.
