Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childrens Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Early Years Qualified to join our vibrant childcare team. Duties
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development across all areas including cognitive, physical, social, and emotional skills
- Supervise and support children during playtime, mealtimes, nap times, and learning activities to ensure their safety and well-being
- Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining detailed records to inform future planning and parent updates
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through clear communication and active engagement
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety procedures, and safeguarding policies within the nursery environment
- Support the onboarding and mentoring of new staff or apprentices to promote teamwork and professional growth
- Manage daily routines efficiently while adapting activities to meet individual children’s needs and interests
Qualifications
- Level 3 Early Years Childcare Qualification or equivalent recognized qualification in early childhood education
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English to liaise confidently with parents, colleagues, and external professionals
- Knowledge of child development principles, safeguarding policies, and health & safety regulations
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,819.31 per year
