We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Domestic professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks in bedrooms, public areas, and laundry facilities.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and garments are laundered to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain an organised and efficient laundry area, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding items.
- Restock supplies as needed in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
Skills
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organisation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
