As a Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a critical operational zone during one of our most important shifts. Working closely with the Process Manager, you’ll lead Warehouse Operatives to deliver safe, accurate and efficient sortation at pace.
You’ll ensure throughput, productivity and CPU targets are achieved, quality standards are upheld and operational momentum is maintained throughout the night. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to motivate, problem-solve and make confident decisions will directly shape performance and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Warehouse Operatives, managing all activity within your operational zone
- Deliver forecasted throughput, productivity and CPU targets against budget
- Support sortation quality and performance against MI and KPI measures
- Manage compliance with client SLAs, scanning accuracy, mis-sorts and damage reduction
- Coach and develop Operatives through 1:1s, performance management and team briefings
- Ensure Health & Safety, hygiene, quality audits and reporting are completed to required standards

- Experience within distribution, logistics or warehouse operations, ideally in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of KPIs and the drivers behind operational performance
- Confident, motivating leader with excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
- Good written and verbal Maths & English skills, with strong PC literacy
