Customer Service Operative – Student Accommodation (Temporary Cover)
Bournemouth
Monday to Friday | 10:00am – 6:00pm (37.5 hours)
£13.13 per hour

About the Role
You’ll be based on-site, fully involved in the day-to-day running of the building, supporting students, coordinating activity across the site, and helping deliver a positive, well-run living experience.
Front-Facing Customer Service
- Acting as the main point of contact for students, visitors, and partners
- Handling enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Managing the enquiries inbox, including complaints, issues, and general queries
- Supporting student welfare and escalating where appropriate.
Site & Building Coordination
- Managing parcels, deliveries, and post
- Supporting the coordination of maintenance issues and contractors
- Helping keep the building organised, compliant, and running smoothly
Administration & Systems
- Working confidently across multiple internal systems
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Supporting general office and site administration

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
