We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Dental Practice / Operations Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, driving performance, and taking full accountability for the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice. You will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience, developing your team, and ensuring the practice runs efficiently and successfully.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
- Managing daily operations and practice performance
- Driving patient experience and customer service standards
- Supporting recruitment, training, and team development
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements
- Ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures
- Taking ownership and accountability for practice success

- Previous management or leadership experience
- Strong people management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Organised, accountable, and driven to achieve results
- Dental experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
