As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking Freezer Operatives to strengthen our team at our Bicester Site.
About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Working within our freezer warehouse at -22°C (full PPE provided), you will play a key role in ensuring stock is received, stored, rotated, and distributed accurately while supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Location : Bicester, Oxfordshire
Working Hours :
Days: 06.00 am – 03.00 pm
Nights: 09.00 pm – 06.00 am
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move, store, and pick stock within freezer and warehouse areas.
- Receive, unload, check, and store deliveries accurately against expected consignment reports.
- Process all goods-in paperwork and maintain accurate stock records, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure full traceability of all products and maintain stock accuracy.
- Manage stock rotation using the First In, First Out (FIFO) process.
- Coordinate stock movement to relevant departments, including urgent and priority items.
- Segregate and report any non-conforming products in line with company procedures.
- Check incoming packaging stock for quality and quantity, ensuring stock systems are updated accordingly.
- Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and general warehouse duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.
Please note: This role involves working in a freezer environment at -22°C. Full PPE is provided, but candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions.
About You

Essential Skills & Experience
- Valid Forklift Truck (FLT) and Reach Truck licences with a minimum of 2 years' operating experience.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Experience working in a freezer or chilled environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Physically capable of carrying out manual handling duties in a cold environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Positive, flexible attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
