Front of House Team Member – ShaWINGz Lakenheath

ShaWINGz Lakenheath is looking for friendly, reliable and hard-working Front of House Team Members to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Packing and checking takeaway orders
- Managing collection and online delivery orders
- Preparing drinks and front-of-house items
- Keeping the counter, restaurant and customer areas clean
- Restocking packaging, drinks and sauces
- Helping customers with menu questions
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
- Completing opening and closing duties

- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well in a busy environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible with evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
Full training will be provided.
This role is located inside RAF Lakenheath, so applicants must be able to meet the relevant requirements for base access.
Pay is National Minimum/Living Wage plus tips, with typical total earnings of approximately £15+ per hour.
