At Abri, we're committed to creating better homes and thriving communities. We're looking for a Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner to play a key role in helping us deliver a responsive, customer-focused disrepair service that puts residents at the heart of everything we do.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, processes and priorities together to make things happen. You'll be at the centre of our disrepair service, coordinating complex cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on customer experience.
What you'll be doing
No two days are the same in this role. You'll lead a team of Disrepair Schedulers, helping them manage workloads, optimise trade diaries and ensure customers receive a seamless service throughout their journey.
You'll oversee the planning and coordination of disrepair works, working with colleagues and contractors to ensure the right resources, materials and approvals are in place to keep projects progressing smoothly. You'll also be a key point of contact for a range of stakeholders, helping to navigate complex cases, provide updates and ensure we meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities.
Alongside operational delivery, you'll use data and insight to monitor performance, identify risks, maintain accurate records and support reporting that helps drive continuous improvement across the service.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines excellent organisational skills with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes, bringing order to complexity, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers.
You'll be a supportive and inspiring leader who can bring out the best in people, helping your team grow, develop and succeed. You'll build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and partners, working collaboratively to get the right things done at the right time.
You'll have a good understanding of the disrepair journey and the importance of working safely, compliantly and with attention to detail. Most importantly, you'll be confident making decisions, solving problems and balancing competing priorities, while always keeping our customers at the heart of what you do.
Above all, you'll share our values and be committed to making a positive difference for the people and communities we serve.
What's in it for you?
We're proud to offer more than just a job. You'll join a supportive team where your contribution is valued, your development is encouraged and your work has a direct impact on the lives of our customers.
If you're looking for a role where you can combine leadership, planning and customer focus to help deliver safe, healthy homes, we'd love to hear from you.
