Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety across all areas
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued safety
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms
- Support team members during busy periods by stepping into additional cleaning or organizational tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
