We are looking for candidates who are passionate about having a positive impact on KS1&2 children through the medium of arts, play and wellbeing activities. Allowing young people to start and end their day, feeling calm and regulated ahead of school or home time.
Hours: 5–20 hours per week; sessions run Monday–Friday, (minimum two sessions per week), plus additional hours for training and supervision
Breakfast Club Delivery: 7.30am-9am
After School Club Delivery: 3pm-6pm
Location: Bristol Primary Schools (BS5 & BS16), with occasional time at our head office, BS7 8AF
Pay: £13.50 per hour, in line with the Real Living Wage
Job Type: Permanent, Term-Time Only. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Job Role:
We're looking for creative, enthusiastic and professional individuals to work in our Wrap Around Care programmes, delivering Breakfast and After-School Clubs at Bristol primary schools. Sessions focus on wellbeing, creative and engaging activities, outdoor play, mindful moments and healthy snacks, helping children aged 4–11 start and end their day feeling calm and regulated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children.
- Leading and coordinating various activities, tailored to different age groups.
- Maintaining professionalism in interactions with children, parents, colleagues, and schools.
- Safeguarding the well-being of all children attending our clubs.
- Ensuring you maintain and follow our core values.
