At TCIC Living, we’re transforming homes across Yorkshire with premium home improvement solutions, including conservatory roof replacements, conservatory insulation, windows, doors, new conservatories, SIP extensions and luxury garden rooms.
As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious, confident and motivated Business Development Executive to help generate new business opportunities and reconnect with homeowners who have previously shown interest in our products.

The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position combining business development, customer engagement and local canvassing. No two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting previous enquiries to see if they’re ready to move forward with their home improvement project.
- Reconnecting with customers who received quotations but weren’t ready to proceed at the time.
- Following up homeowners who were previously difficult to reach.
- Door-to-door canvassing in carefully selected areas where we’re currently installing or where demand is high.
- Generating qualified appointments for our sales consultants.
- Building trust and creating positive first impressions of the company.
- Updating customer records and managing follow-up activity using HubSpot CRM.
- Working closely with our sales and marketing teams to maximise every opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and enjoys speaking with people.
- Comfortable knocking on doors and starting conversations.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Resilient and able to overcome objections professionally.
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Organised and able to manage their own workload.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile technology.
- A holder of a full UK driving licence.
Experience in sales, canvassing, business development, estate agency, telecommunications, home improvements or other customer-facing roles would be an advantage, but personality, enthusiasm and attitude are far more important than previous industry experience.
