Dental Nurse – Coventry Brand-New, Modern Dental Practice | Full-Time | Up to £15.00per hour
Cathedral Dental has an exciting opportunity for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join our growing team at our brand-new, purpose-built dental clinic in the heart of Coventry (CV1).
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Dental Nurse who wants to work in a modern clinical environment, gain experience alongside experienced clinicians and develop additional skills and qualifications.

Our practice provides Tier 2 NHS Oral Surgery (IMOS) services, including treatment under IV sedation, alongside high-quality general, cosmetic and orthodontic dentistry.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from an experienced clinical team, including oral surgeons and general dentists.

Our team has extensive experience in providing training and mentorship in sedation, and we are an RCS-approved sedation mentor provider. We have supported numerous dentists and dental nurses through additional training and accreditation.

Previous oral surgery or sedation experience is welcome but not essential. We are happy to train the right person.
About the Role
Position: Full-Time Dental Nurse
Working days: Monday–Friday
Salary: £13.70–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience and additional qualifications
The role will involve working with our oral surgeons and general dentists, assisting with a varied range of NHS and private treatments.

About You
We are looking for someone who is warm, friendly, enthusiastic and professional, and who genuinely enjoys looking after patients and working as part of a team.
The successful applicant should:
- Be a GDC-registered Dental Nurse
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provide excellent care and customer service to both NHS and private patients
- Have high standards of cross-infection control
- Understand and maintain patient confidentiality
- Be organised, reliable and able to work independently when required
- Be a positive and supportive team member
- Be comfortable using computers and dental software
- Ideally have experience with Dentally, although full training can be provided
Experience in oral surgery, implant dentistry or IV sedation would be an advantage, but is not essential.
