We are seeking an exceptional Qualified Dispensing Optician to manage our practice in Looe, either full time, or 4 days a week, as you prefer.
You will need in-depth lens knowledge, the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve any patient issues, and to be proactive in developing the practice in partnership with management. You will need the ability to convert recommendations of helpful solutions into dispenses, and therefore be comfortable with both high value dispensing, and ensuring patients needs are met within their budget. Patient satisfaction is paramount, so attention to detail at every stage, along with building relationships with our patients is essential.
The practice will be yours to develop and mould, so this isn't a role where you simply carry out orders. You will have the authority to make decisions, and make the practice your project.
