As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate, caring and motivated individual to join our close-knit team in a unique dual-role position, combining hands-on therapy with clinic coordination and leadership responsibilities.

About the Role
This is a varied role combining treatment delivery with clinic coordination.
You will spend designated days providing luxury wellbeing treatments to our clients, while two days each week will focus on supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic as our Clinic Coordinator. This senior support role involves working closely with the Director and management team to ensure the smooth operation of our award-winning clinic while maintaining the exceptional standards our clients know and trust.
Full training will be provided in our advanced treatment portfolio during your first six months, making this an excellent opportunity for someone eager to expand their skills within the aesthetics and skin industry.
Responsibilities - Spa Therapist
- Deliver exceptional massage, facial and holistic wellbeing treatments.
- Provide outstanding client care before, during and after treatments.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage treatment journeys.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness and presentation.
- Continue developing skills through in-house training.
Clinic Coordinator
- Support the Director and management team with the day-to-day running of the clinic.
- Coordinate appointments and ensure an exceptional client experience from enquiry through to aftercare.
- Manage administrative duties and maintain accurate client records.
- Support the team with organisation, scheduling and clinic operations.
- Assist with maintaining the high standards and reputation of the business.
- Work independently while also contributing positively within a small, supportive team.
About You

- Experience delivering high-end massage, facial and holistic treatments.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

- A professional, polished and immaculate presentation.
- Strong time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A genuine desire for a long-term career and to grow with our business.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Qualifications or experience in advanced skin treatments or aesthetics.
- Experience working within a luxury clinic or spa environment.
- MUST HAVE - level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy.
