Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively.
- Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and other consumables to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or contamination during cleaning procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of commercial cleaning products and equipment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
