Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Full-Time Window Cleaner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. Whether you are experienced or looking to learn a valuable hands-on trade, we provide the training and equipment necessary to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Perform Window Cleaning: Clean interior and exterior windows, glass panels, glass doors, and mirrors for residential and commercial properties.
- Operate Equipment Safely: Use traditional cleaning tools modern reach systems (water-fed telescopic poles and pure water systems).
- Work at Heights: Safely utilize ladders, extension poles, and occasionally scaffolding or aerial platforms to reach higher-level windows.
- Additional Cleaning Duties: Clean window frames, sills, tracks, and screens. Occasional gutter cleaning or pressure washing may be required.
- Customer Service: Interact politely and professionally with clients, ensuring their property is respected and all work meets our high satisfaction standards.
- Equipment & Vehicle Care: Properly maintain, clean, and organize company tools, equipment, and vans. Report any faults or safety hazards immediately.
- Health & Safety: Follow all company safety guidelines, health and safety regulations (including working at height regulations), and chemical handling procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous window cleaning or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential (full training will be provided).
- Licence: A valid, clean driving licence is highly preferred to operate company vehicles.
- Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable working on ladders and at elevated heights.
- Reliability: Punctual, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Communication: Good customer service skills and the ability to speak clearly with clients.
- Legal: Must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a basic background check if required.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and reach for long periods. Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 25kg/50lbs) such as ladders.
- Weather Conditions: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, light rain).
