Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team on a Sub contracting basis. Mountain Thyme Cleaning Services has clients in and around Methlick and within a 20 mile radius.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various domestic properties. You will be working along side your Employer to share the duties on some properties and to work alone. This role requires you to continue fulfilling the duties that are set for our clients with additional duties on request.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to a high standard
- Ensure all cleaning equipment supplied by the client is maintained in good working order and stored appropriately
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to client-specific instructions regarding cleaning procedures and schedules
Skills
- Experience in domestic / commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hospital cleaning is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good organisational skills to manage time effectively across multiple locations
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Physical fitness to carry out cleaning tasks efficiently, including lifting and bending as required
Pay: £15.00 per hour
