We are a Magic and puzzle -themed bar where cocktails are more than just drinks—they’re potions crafted with skill, flair, and a touch of magic. We provide an immersive experience with spellbinding drinks, theatrical presentation, and a cozy atmosphere filled with wonder. Our potion-making experience, complete with smoking cauldrons and interactive elements, sets us apart. We’re looking for an experienced mixologist to bring their expertise, creativity, and passion for the craft to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, including our signature potion-style drinks with smoking, bubbling, and colour-changing effects.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and house-made ingredients, with a focus on innovative and magical mixology techniques.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and presentation in every drink served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the creation and development of new cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Have fun and keep a smile even under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Must be well-groomed and presentable at all times.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume bar or cocktail lounge.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Experience with molecular mixology, smoke infusions, or theatrical cocktail presentation is a plus.
- Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for mixology and hosting with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
- Ability to self motivate
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- An interest in the fantasy genre/magic theme, and a willingness to assist in events and potion making evenings.
