Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Panel Technician to join our busy accident repair centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Panel Technician who takes pride in their workmanship and wants to develop their career within a professional, supportive and forward-thinking team.
The Role
As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer repair methods.
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience as a Panel Technician within the accident repair industry.
- Have a strong understanding of modern vehicle repair techniques.
- Be experienced in repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Carry out repairs to a high standard, right first time.
- Follow manufacturer repair methods and technical specifications.
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in the quality of your work.
- Be reliable, organised and able to manage your workload effectively.
- Work well as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
- Have your own tools.
- Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
