We are seeking a experienced and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty and wellness team. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics. .
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling enquiries efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Upsell additional services such as specialised nail designs or beauty treatments to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
- Provide excellent guest services by understanding client needs, offering personalised advice, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Assist with management tasks when required, including stock control and organising promotional events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to upsell services tactfully to enhance client experience while increasing revenue.
