Duties
- Lead and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and management, providing updates on progress and issues
- Oversee resource allocation, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to optimize efficiency
- Review work quality regularly, providing guidance and corrective actions when necessary
- Proven management experience in civil construction site environments with a strong background in concrete and drainage works
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills for clear coordination among team members and stakeholders
Pay: £25.00-£35.00 per hour
