What you'll do:

Deliver a professional front of house service with a strong focus on customer care and Sodexo standards

Support the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages, including accurate till operation and transactions

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all front of house, dining, and service areas
-
Monitor and replenish stock, assist with deliveries, and ensure food safety procedures are followed and recorded correctly

Comply with all health & safety, hygiene, fire safety, and COSHH regulations while reporting incidents or feedback promptly

Opening up restaurant, breakfast and lunch service set up, clearing service away
-
Loading hospitality trolleys with cutlery, crockery, delivering to meeting rooms

Ensuring Tea and Coffee Machines are stocked and operational, reporting any faults/incidents to supervisor

Loading/Unloading dishwashers

Monitor consumables - eg dishwasher tablets/Tea/Coffee/Milk within your operational area and notify supervisor of ordering requirements

Monitor and set temperature controls on refrigerators

Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, and reactive cleaning (such as liaising with cleaning team regarding spills)
What you'll bring:

Previous experience of working in a hospitality or retail environment preferred

Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, standards-driven environment

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
