We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Immigration & Asylum Caseworker to join our team remotely on a consultancy basis.
The role
You will manage your own caseload and provide high-quality immigration and asylum casework, including:
- Preparing and submitting immigration and asylum applications.
- Taking client instructions and providing appropriate advice.
- Drafting representations, statements and supporting documents.
- Managing case deadlines and maintaining accurate case records.
- Liaising with the Home Office, tribunals and other relevant parties.
- Providing professional and compassionate support to clients.
About you
You will have:
- Relevant experience in UK immigration and asylum casework.
- Level 2 accreditation/authorisation
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration and asylum law and procedure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own caseload remotely.
- A professional, client-focused and empathetic approach.
