We’re recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary schools on the Wirral from September 2026.

The Role
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with a range of learning needs
- Promoting children’s learning, development and wellbeing throughout the school day
- Working closely with class teachers and SEND teams to deliver personalised support
- Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them succeed both academically and socially
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or voluntary setting is desirable
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- A patient, caring and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, adaptable and committed to making a positive impact
