Purcell are expanding our team and are looking for an Architect at Associate level to join our London studio to contribute to winning and leading an exciting range of exciting high-end residential, and hospitality projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team of architects, be involved in business development and work winning, studio leadership and management, project leadership at concept and delivery stages, working collaboratively with clients and consultants, and leading enthusiastic and talented teams within the studio. We are looking for candidates who have the following skills:
- Minimum of 12 years post Part 3 experience working on relevant projects for a UK based practice
- Excellent design and technical skills and experience
- Attention to detail and graphic sensibility
- Relevant experience of exceptional bespoke, exceptional private residential projects.
- A comprehensive understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations
- Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
- Demonstrate excellent client-facing communication skills
- Leadership experience managing a small to medium sized team
- Project management and contract administration experience
- Experience of taking responsibility for the financial success of projects, and strong commercial awareness
- Be well organised, and demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong experience in business development and work winning, including bidding and presentation experience
- Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and NBS software
