Aberdeenshire Council is recruiting for two permanent Administrator posts to support the handling of information requests and records management activities across the organisation.
One post will be based within Business Services ABS48051 and one within Environment and Infrastructure Services ABS48050. Applicants will be considered for both posts as part of the recruitment process
The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the Council's responsibilities under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA), Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs), Subject Access Requests (SARs), and records management requirements.
The role involves providing efficient, effective and accurate administrative functions, working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, and providing advice and assistance to other Services within the Directorates.

2 permanent positions
36.25 hours per week
Location: Hybrid working arrangements are in place for both roles, with Woodhill House, Aberdeen, as the designated base location.
Service Areas: One post within Business Services and one post within Environment and Infrastructure Services.
