About Us
We are a nurturing, child-centred, family-run early years setting where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and learn through meaningful hands-on experiences. We believe childhood should be filled with wonder, curiosity, and adventure, and we create inspiring opportunities for children to learn both indoors and in the natural environment.
Our approach is rooted in child-led learning, following children's interests and supporting them to develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping children thrive and who brings creativity, enthusiasm, and imagination to their practice.
You'll be confident in following children's interests and thinking on your feet, thinking creatively, and creating engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and encourage exploration. Whether building dens outdoors, discovering minibeasts, storytelling around a campfire, or supporting a child's next developmental step, you'll play a key role in making every day meaningful and memorable.
