Sales and Marketing Coordinator Contract – £26,000 - £30,000 - Passive Fire Protection
Full-Time, 37 Hours a week, Hutton office based, Contract ending Mid-January 2027
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales and Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in driving commercial growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for sales enquiries, help identify and coordinate marketing opportunities, support client onboarding, and provide essential administrative support to strengthen the ongoing development of the business.
What You'll Do as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator
· First point of contract for new enquiries
· Manage shared and personal inboxes
· Log enquires in F5101mand Construct CRM systems
· Allocate enquires and maintain records
· Track quotations and updates
· Maintain quotation logs and reports
· Support weekly enquiry meetings
· Create and manage LinkedIn account, Company website and internal newsletter
· Supporting marketing campaigns and presentations
· Support annual seminar and company events
· Coordinate delegates, exhibitors and communications
· Issue feedback surveys, company documents
· Maintain JotForm records

· Some experience of F5101mand Construct CRM systems a bonus
