Showroom Assistant - Wimbledon Showroom
Job Overview:
Holloways of Ludlow is a family owned lighting and homewares retailer of over 30 years standing with five stores and an online website. Our aim is to offer a wide range of quality designer lighting and homewares sourced from around the world and here in the UK. We have become leaders in the design industry by consistently sourcing and supplying a wide range of lighting, bathroom fittings and fixtures, furniture and products for every aspect of your home.
Experience
- A background and interest in furniture/interior design/lighting sales is preferred with an interest and experience in social media.
- Confident in customer facing situations
- Must bring an articulate, organised & bring a meticulous approach to the role
- Strong sales experience
- Must be able to use initiative in the best interests of the company
- Be able to create sales opportunities by building relationships with Interior designers, architects, project managers and local businesses
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to pick up internal ordering systems`
- Remain calm under pressure
Responsibilities and Duties
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the day to day running of the Showroom
- Working alongside the showroom manager to ensure all daily tasks are completed
- Dealing with inbound enquiries via footfall or through inbound telephone enquiries
- Respond to and follow up on Sales Leads
- Completion of CRM database and paperwork
Hours
The role will be part time (3-4 days) and will include some weekends.
