In-Store Promoter

OnPoint Retail is recruiting confident, enthusiastic In-Store Promoters to join an exciting customer acquisition campaign taking place in major retail stores and shopping centres across the UK.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll engage with shoppers, start conversations, and book appointments for customers interested in a specialist valuation service. Full training will be provided.
What you'll be doing
- Approaching and engaging shoppers in a friendly, professional manner
- Explaining the service and generating interest
- Booking appointments for interested customers
- Working towards individual performance targets
- Representing the brand to a high standard at all times
What we're looking for
We're looking for people who are:
- Confident speaking to members of the public
- Friendly, approachable and outgoing
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in busy retail environments
Previous experience in promotions, retail sales, customer service, fundraising, lead generation or brand ambassador roles would be an advantage, but isn't essential for the right candidate.
Pay & Benefits
