Baytree Park Nursery are looking to recruit a qualified Practitioner to fill our Room Leader vacancy.
Must have experience of working within an Early Years setting, with 0 to 5 year olds is essential. Experience of leading a team is desirable.
This role is specifically to ensure we offer high quality education for all the children. To work alongside our team of practitioners to ensure the rooms are run to the highest standard.
Ideally you will have a level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare. We are an age friendly employer.
Candidates will have a sound knowledge and understanding of child development, be up to date with key developments and initiatives and must have a passion to make a difference.
Job Type: Permanent position.
Salary: From £14 per hour room leader.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday and 6pm finish.
- Minimum of 35 hours per week + overtime when required.
Experience:
- Childcare: 4 years working in a childcare environment preferred.
