About the Role
England is home to some of Europe's most dynamic industries, and at D-Day Solutions Ltd., we help organizations navigate complex business challenges with strategic thinking, practical expertise, and measurable results. We believe great consulting is about more than recommendations—it's about creating lasting business value.
We are looking for a Principal Consultant (m/f/d) who can take ownership of high-impact consulting engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. You won't simply deliver reports—you will shape business strategies, lead transformation initiatives, and help clients achieve sustainable growth.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary project teams, and guide organizations through operational improvements, business transformation, and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will influence both client success and the continued growth of our consultancy.
Why Work With Us?
Meaningful Client Impact: Every engagement presents new business challenges and opportunities. Your work will directly influence executive decisions and long-term organizational success.
Leadership Opportunity: You'll lead consulting projects from strategy through execution while mentoring consultants and helping develop the next generation of consulting talent.
Varied Projects: No two clients are the same. You'll work across multiple industries, solving complex operational, strategic, and organizational challenges.
Professional Growth: We support continuous learning through professional development opportunities, industry certifications, and leadership training that help you stay ahead in an evolving consulting landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and serve as the primary advisor throughout consulting engagements.
Strategic Consulting: Analyze business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop practical, data-driven recommendations that deliver measurable outcomes.
Project Delivery: Lead consulting engagements from initial discovery through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Business Transformation: Support clients in improving operational performance, optimizing processes, managing organizational change, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership: Mentor consultants, facilitate knowledge sharing, conduct project reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performing consulting environment.
Business Development: Support proposal development, participate in client presentations, identify opportunities for account growth, and contribute to expanding long-term client partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 8+ years of experience in management consulting, business consulting, strategy consulting, or a related professional services environment, including experience leading complex client engagements.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage consulting teams, influence senior stakeholders, and successfully deliver strategic business initiatives.
Technical & Business Skills: Strong knowledge of business strategy, business process improvement, organizational transformation, project management, financial analysis, and stakeholder management.
Communication: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to executive audiences.
