What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting Skilled Workers: Assist experienced operatives with various tasks around the workshop to ensure a smooth workflow.
Workshop Operations: Help move, stack, and organize goods between workstations to optimize efficiency.
Material Handling: Support with loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory levels.
Equipment Use: Operate pallet trucks and, eventually, forklifts (training provided).
Warehouse Upkeep: Keep the workshop tidy and ensure safety standards are always met.
