We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our parcel delivery operation in Nottingham. If you're passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences, developing people, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be responsible for leading a team of 15 delivery drivers, ensuring every parcel reaches customers safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, motivating and developing a team of 15 drivers.
- Driving outstanding customer service and operational performance.
- Managing daily delivery operations to achieve service, safety and productivity targets.
- Coaching your team to deliver their best every day.
- Solving operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvements.
- Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

- Experience managing teams in parcel delivery, logistics, transport or a fast-paced distribution environment.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
