Experienced Subcontractors Wanted – North London & Hertfordshire
Wittick Building Ltd is looking to build a trusted network of skilled, reliable subcontractors to work with us on a variety of residential projects, including home extensions, refurbishments, renovations, structural alterations, kitchens, bathrooms and general building works.
We are interested in hearing from experienced:
Bricklayers
Carpenters
Plumbers
Electricians
Plasterers
Decorators
Tilers
Roofers
Groundworkers
Multi-Traders
Minimum Requirements
✅ Self-employed with a valid UTR number and National Insurance number
✅ Legal right to work in the UK
✅ Own van and professional tools
✅ Minimum of 5 years' experience in your trade (preferred)
✅ Public Liability Insurance (preferred)
✅ High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
✅ Reliable, professional and able to work independently or as part of a team
✅ Able to provide references from previous clients or contractors
✅ Photos of recent completed work
✅ Willing to work across North London and parts of Hertfordshire
