You will be responsible for the upkeep of a high quality residential development of 10 properties for the over 55’s in West Hill, Devon. This role is focussed on the gardening of landscaped areas.
The position is permanent, pays £15.02 per hour & attracts 4 weeks paid annual leave pro-rata.
Hours are 8 during the 26 weeks of summer, zero during the 9 weeks of Jan/Feb, and then 6 per week for the balance of the year. Pay will be 6 hours per week for 52 weeks.
