We're looking for a Visual Designer to join us on a remote, project-based freelance basis. This flexible part-time role is ideal for designers who are looking to take on additional projects alongside their studies or existing work. You'll collaborate with our international team to support a variety of creative projects, contribute design ideas with a global perspective, and assist in delivering high-quality visual content. Working hours are flexible and will vary depending on project requirements and scheduled online meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in online meetings for international projects, working closely with both Chinese and international teams to support creative discussions and visual direction.
- Provide design input and recommendations that reflect international design trends and audience preferences, helping to enhance the overall visual quality of project deliverables.
- Assist with day-to-day design tasks, including image layout, asset organisation, basic graphic design, social media creatives, and preparation of design files.
- Provide ad hoc design support and complete other tasks as required by the project manager.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of graphic or visual design, with a good eye for layout, branding and contemporary visual aesthetics.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to participate confidently in meetings and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Flexible availability to accommodate occasional online meetings and project-based work.
