Competency Requirements
A minimum of 1 year experience of working in electrical construction including:
- Structural and electrical testing
- Installation of new street lighting projects
- Fault finding
- 1st stage maintenance
- Bulk change and clean
- Cable jointing
Essential Qualifications Required:
- City and Guilds 2391, 2394, 2395 (or equivalent)
- AM2
- BS7671 18th edition
Desirable Qualifications Required:
- CBQ NVQ level 3 for the highway electrical sector
- Safe isolation
- G39
- Temporary traffic management on rural and urban roads
- IPAF
- Manual Handling
- First Aid
- Power tools hand tools
A Full clean driving licence (minor points considered) is essential.
Work Location: Based out of our Sefton depot, primarily covering the Merseyside area. Occasional travel outside this region may be required based on project needs.
