Café General Manager / Business Manager Wanted
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to take full responsibility for running our family-owned café.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, hands-on leader who enjoys having ownership, making decisions, and creating a welcoming environment for both customers and the team. We are looking for someone we can truly trust to manage the café with full operational responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
* Overseeing the daily operations of the café
* Managing, training, and motivating the team
* Ensuring excellent customer service and a warm atmosphere
* Managing staff schedules, stock control, and ordering
* Maintaining quality standards across food, drinks, and service
* Handling day-to-day business decisions and problem-solving
* Driving sales, improving performance, and developing new ideas
* Taking ownership of the café’s success
About you:
* Previous experience managing a café, restaurant, or hospitality business
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* A proactive, reliable, and responsible approach
* Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
* Passion for great coffee, quality service, and customer experience
* A genuine interest in growing and improving a small family business
