Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to oversee our market leading lettings department and manage client relationships within our property portfolio, with a focus on attracting new business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and experience in sales. Responsibilities
- Business development, increasing the portfolio and maximising income strategies
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process
- Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and external agencies to facilitate smooth communication
- Oversee property inspections, maintenance schedules, and comply with legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings transactions and client interactions using organisational software
- Lead and motivate a team of lettings agents, providing training and support as needed
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and with due diligence, including drafting contracts and processing documentation
Experience
- MARLA / Property related qualifications highly desirable
- Proven administrative experience within property management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Previous experience managing a team or supervising staff
- Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems is preferred

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
