Lead a Well-Established Children's Residential Home

We are recruiting a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead an established 3-bed Children's Residential Home in Kingston upon Thames, supporting 2 young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).
The home has a GOOD Ofsted rating, providing an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-supported service where you can continue delivering high-quality care while building on an already successful foundation.
About the Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring outstanding care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance while supporting a dedicated team to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of the Children's Residential Home.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
- Lead, motivate and develop the staff team.
- Promote safeguarding and child-centred practice.
- Maintain high standards of care planning and quality assurance.
- Build positive relationships with Local Authorities, families and professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within an Ofsted-regulated Children's Residential Home.
✔ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
✔ Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards).
✔ Experience supporting young people with EBD and/or LD.
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.
✔ Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Pay: £55,506.94-£65,962.84 per year
