Pre-School Room Manager
We are a small, friendly, and nurturing day nursery looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced Room Manager to join our team in Pre-School Room.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified early years professional who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education for children. We are looking for someone who enjoys leading a team, takes pride in their environment, and has a clear vision for creating an engaging and inspiring learning space.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Have previous experience successfully leading or managing a nursery room, or has previous experience in a senior role.
- Be confident in supporting, motivating, and developing other team members.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Take ownership of their room and maintain high standards of care, learning, and wellbeing.
Refresher training and ongoing support will be provided; however, as this is a Room Manager position, we expect applicants to have a good working knowledge of safeguarding, the EYFS, and child development before applying.

Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
