We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK manufacturing business for a Graduate Business Standards & Continuous Improvement Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting business governance, ISO management systems, continuous improvement and compliance while working alongside experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
- Support the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Coordinate policies, procedures and document control.
- Produce KPI reports and analyse business performance data.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
- Work closely with managers across the business to improve processes and compliance.
About You
Essential:
- Degree (2:2 or above) in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Environmental Science, Data Analytics or a related subject.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- Placement year or industrial experience.
- Knowledge of Lean or Continuous Improvement.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI or reporting tools.
- Awareness of ISO Management Systems.
