About the role
We’re a small, close‑knit warehouse team, and this is not a faceless role. The warehouse sits at the heart of the business, and this position plays a key part in keeping everything running smoothly day to day.
You’ll be involved in all core warehouse activities and will gain a strong understanding of our products and how the wider business operates.
Key responsibilities
- Receiving goods inwards and checking deliveries
- Labelling, organising and storing products accurately
- Picking, packing and fulfilling customer orders
- Stock control and stock takes
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient warehouse
- Communicating clearly with colleagues across the business
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work
- Is an excellent communicator, comfortable speaking with colleagues and raising issues when needed
- Works well as part of a small team where everyone contributes
- Has good attention to detail and follows processes accurately
- Is happy in a hands-on, practical role
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — attitude, communication and willingness to learn are key.
We would particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience or involvement in cadets, the military, veterans’ organisations or similar environments, as many of our products and customers relate to this area.

- A supportive, team-focused working environment
- Broad exposure to the business and its products
