Trade Sales Parts Manager | Employee-Owned Automotive Leader | Brentwood

- Compensation: £40,000 – £45,000 Basic + Profit Sharing & EOT Bonus (following 1 year of service)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30 (30-minute lunch break), with occasional weekend attendance at major car shows and industry events

In this influential leadership position, your core duties will include:
- Team Leadership: Guiding, coaching, and managing the daily operations, targets, and KPIs for our EU Trade Sales Division.

Business Growth: Overseeing outbound sales initiatives to meet revenue goals while maintaining profit margins and adhering to internal compliance and credit protocols.

Client Development: Nurturing key relationships with existing B2B clients while actively identifying and onboarding new trade accounts.

Overseas Engagement: Partnering with senior leadership on growth strategies, including spending approximately one week per month at our Netherlands facility and meeting key European accounts.
- At least 2 years of experience managing sales or customer-facing teams.

At least 2 years of experience working with automotive parts (aftermarket sector experience is strongly preferred).

A proven track record in fast-paced B2B trade sales, parts distribution, or industrial wholesale environments.
