Your Mission:
Help customers turn their dream move into reality. From a qualified prospect to purchase completion, you’ll guide them through an exciting, seamless journey, matching them with the perfect home, removing roadblocks, and delivering a smooth, stress-free experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert guiding customers from your first call with them to move-in day. You’ll build real relationships, uncover what matters most to them, and help make their dream move a reality.
- Inspire and Guide: Lead engaging calls and consultations that bring customers' goals to life with tailored solutions.
- Make It Happen: Guide each customer through the entire journey, sourcing homes, managing offers, and navigating the sales process.
- Keep Things Moving: Work with agents, solicitors, and internal teams to ensure smooth, stress-free progress
- Drive Results: Own your time, hit your targets, and deliver standout service every step of the way.
- Stay Sharp: Keep records clean, your diary organised, and every interaction compliant and high-quality.
This is a full-time, permanent and office-based opportunity and the basic salary for this role is £30,900, with a total of £36,900 OTE.
You will need to have
- At least a year’s experience in a Sales role.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment.
- Fantastic communication skills.
- A friendly and empathetic approach.
Experience in the property sector desirable but not essential.
