We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join the team at Sticky Walnut. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, a proven track record in team management, and excellent food and wine knowledge — coupled with a good head for business.
Sticky Walnut currently holds two AA Rosettes and is nationally recognised for its exceptional food and cooking.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the site
- Deliver high-quality service to all guests
- Manage, develop, and train staff to meet performance expectations
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operation
- Work alongside the Operations Manager to develop and implement revenue and profitability strategies
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety, licensing, and fire safety regulations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' hospitality experience, with at least 2 at management level
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Good wine knowledge with a drive to develop further, including cellar and cask ale management
