Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in providing exceptional cleaning services within our establishment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly valued, as it contributes to the quality of service we aim to deliver.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and well-presented.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
